Please meet Bou Savai, a beauty therapy student at Sala Bai school in Siem Reap Cambodia. Like all young people she has big dreams. Her biggest is to lift her family out of poverty with a job after completing her training.
She's more than just her job, though...she loves to eat! Her favourite foods are noodles, fried fish, and sweet juicy mango! Delicious!
A non-profit school, Sala Bai fights poverty and human trafficking by providing free vocational training and employment in hospitality to young adults from the poorest area of Cambodia. Covid-19 has left Sala Bai graduates unemployed and the families who depend on them without income.
